Poll Result

Last week's poll asked whether the Environment Agency executives deserved their whopping bonuses this year in light of the recent flooding throughout the UK. Only 2% of you felt that they should have their bonuses withdrawn. 19% of you felt that they had hit their targets and were rightly rewarded with their bonuses; if there were no floods this year, presumably this debate would not have arisen and they were just unlucky. By far the most popular response was for the execs not being on such a bonus scheme in the first place - 79%. One of the most conclusive results we've had. Read Bruno's post on the matter here, which gives a brilliant insight in the bonus scheme and its ridiculous nature.
